The open floor plan and ocean breeze yes, I keep my windows open often make it feel light, airy, and incredibly peaceful. It truly feels like a retreat at the end of the day. The location is unbeatable — so close to Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park and great local restaurants, which makes weekends easy and enjoyable.
The office staff could not be more professional or friendly. Every interaction has been positive. Maintenance response time is quick and efficient, the property is extremely clean, and the amenities are very well kept. The gym is honestly underrated — clean, convenient, and rarely crowded.
My neighbors are friendly and helpful, and with many military families here, the atmosphere feels respectful and community-oriented.
